You will need access to the current domain account or the appropriate authorised contact. The secure transfer process confirms the requirements for the particular domain. Enter authorisation information only in the trusted account system, not a general enquiry.
Bringing the registration into your Go Green Domains account does not itself define a new hosting or email arrangement. We review the current nameservers and relevant records so any additional changes can be planned deliberately.
Confirm the transfer status, registrant contact and renewal information in the client area. Keep the previous service available until the agreed checks are complete, particularly if it also supplies hosting or email that needs a separate migration.
